French-born Bérangère moved to New York in her early 20s, where she had a 15-year career in banking. During that time, she got married and had three daughters. In 2014, her family moved to London and she started a new professional chapter in coaching.
Bérangère’s Parent Toolbox contains practical, down-to-earth techniques, successfully tried and tested with her own daughters,
and designed to make a huge difference every day.
Her clients call her programme “eye-opening”, a “life saver”, and describe her as “knowledgeable, engaging, empathetic
and non-judgmental”.
Bérangère is convinced that investing even a little bit of time training for the biggest job of our lives – welcoming and raising a new human being – can pay off meaningfully. It will not only change family dynamics for the best but also enhance the parent-child relationship forever.

How it all started

I was just like you, a parent who was trying her best.

Years ago, I was invited to attend a workshop with a parenting expert. I viewed myself as a solid mum, but with my “growth mindset” I signed up hoping to learn something new.

During the workshop, I realised how much I was unconsciously raising my children the way I had been raised. Thankfully my parents did a pretty good job overall, but I was repeating some of their mistakes without even knowing it.

Previously trained as a life and professional coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), I threw myself into Parenting coaching:

-
After training with Parent Gym, I delivered 6-week parenting programmes in state schools and community centres, every term for 5 years.
-
I further deepened my parenting knowledge through my readings.
-
I also became a certified Positive Discipline parent educator.

I decided to develop my own parenting workshop compiling all the science-backed tools and techniques I gathered from my readings and experience. The Parent Toolbox was born.
